We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

5. Google Business Profile Access

As part of our service, clients grant RankRight Local Manager-level access to their Google Business Profile. We use this access exclusively to perform the optimisation and management tasks outlined in your service plan. We do not use this access to collect personal data about your customers or make any changes beyond those agreed in your plan.

You may revoke our access at any time by removing us as a Manager in your Google Business Profile settings. Revoking access does not automatically cancel your service agreement — please refer to your service agreement for cancellation terms.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Client data is retained for the duration of the active service relationship plus 12 months after termination
• Form submission data is retained for up to 24 months
• Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard data retention settings

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@rankrightlocal.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Access to client data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
